Anyone else freezing? Every since my surgery on February 28th I have been freezing, especially at night. i search hi and low for a heater for my office until i look on amazon!

Burst open a vitamin E capsule. It helps in the healing process.

I also put tagerine peels in my water through out the day, and cucumbers from time to time.

I also got filled to 3cc on Monday.....I have installed the "drink water" app on my android. It reminds me when its time for me to drink water. I have mine set for 8:00am-8:00pm, its the only way I can REMEMBER to drink my water. i have crystal light with 20 oz of water when i first wake up because its impossible to eat in the mornings now. Hope this helps.

Thats very odd. If she could not get any fluid out, then she should have sent you in for an xray. Did you ask if there was a problem? Have you tried calling the doctors office for advise?

I had my first fill on yesterday. They measured the about that initially put in. Apparently I had 2cc in there from the beginning and she at 1cc. I felt restricted before the 1cc was added, but i am on liquids until tomorrow. I even feel restriction when driking water.

Age 40 Banded 2-27-13 Weight pre op 324 Weight now 296 Goal weight 200 Down 28 pounds since Preop.

I had my band placed February 27th. Went in for my first fill this morning. Everything took about 30 minutes. Had an x-ray to see if the band was still in place. All was well. She measured the amound of fluid in my band. I had 2cc from the beginning. She added 1. I am doing way too well according to her. I have lost a total of 26 pounds. I weighed in at 296.6. So I am not really sure why I received a fill. She said I probably will not need another fill as i am very close to my green zone. I have an appointment next month to see where i am at. All in all I am ok. I am on my liquid diet today and tomorrow and then back to mushies. Just in time for Easter dinner!

I use the bariatric advantage calcium chews. They come in lots of flavors, wild berry, lemon, chocolate, caramel, etc. and I am on auto ship. Every month I get my calcium chews and multivitamins via mail. So I don't have to worry about going to pick them up.

I was feeling the same way. Its not east I am putting together some healthier alternatives. I was craving fries last nighr. So I baked eggplant fries for the first time. Rhey were absolutely delicious. I am just taking one day at a time. Hang in there.
