Lapband and that time of the month??

Thanks Maddy, oh and while I do not know everything about women, you don't know my beautiful wife and if you think she waits until she has PMS to speak her mind, you need to think again. ;-)

LOL, I don't even know her and I like her. Makes things easier for you, no guessing where you stand.

Ok, I am sure things are ok, but just want some reassurance I guess. I had a period prior to surgery. First day of last was the 7th. Surgery was the 17th. I just started again this morning.

I have never had two in one month and have been right as rain, like a clock every 28 days my whole life. Do you think it is from the surgery that is messing with my system? Just asking

Probably so... don't worry, having an extra is better than missing one! LOL

This is true. If that were the case the hospital would have some explaining to do to my husband and why his "procedure" did not take, lol.

I would think if my LBS could restart my hot flashes, that I thought was over after 5 yrs. That the surgery could also mess with your period. IMO

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
