48 hours liquids after fill done? If so, you can try anything... start soft.

One thing I love and always hits the spot is....

Rigatta cheese layered with canned or fresh spinach.....

Cottage cheese with mandarin oranges....

Bananas and Peanut Butter...

Good luck....trying many things...

Didnt your doctor give you a list of foods to eat once you were off liquids? So many possibilities.

Well that depends. Aren't you supposed to do liquids for 24-48 hours after a fill?

And what post op phase are you on? Mushy food? I doubt your surgeon would recommend going right from liquids to solids after surgery.

I am 2 days past my fill...I do have a list of stuff to eat I just wanted some ideas...

If you've been cleared to eat anything, I just tried whatever I wanted and found out I can still eat anything, with a small enough bite and chew like crazy. I've never tried bread without toasting it b/c so many say they have trouble.

I eat a lot of chicken, steam shrimp with sauce, steak, hamburger patties, Just made Zucchini Boats (recipe under food & nutrient) really good. Pretty much any veggies, poached eggs, Weight control oatmeal has 11gm protein a friend told me to add 1 egg white and get another 9 gr., That's 20gr for 1 bowl of oatmeal and very filling, most the time I can't eat but half.

I think it's all about trial and error! Good Luck!
