  2. So for almost 2 weeks now I have been having trouble keeping things down, after everything I try to eat it comes back up...and I start hiccuping right away...and they are loud and annoying. So I think an unfill is needed right? Also ladies does your bra ever make you feel like your choking when food is stuck?
  3. I think the bites I am taking are too big and it's hard to swallow..someone said fingernail size..maybe I should try that... I have been throwing up a lot because food is constantly getting stuck...liquids go down fine so I don't think it's too tight..live and learn I guess...
  4. I am 5 months post surgery and I am in need of advice, my last full was like 5 weeks ago and since then things are hard to swallow. My husband had the same surgery a year and a half ago and he told me to swallow in small portions but its not working, it's hard remembering...how do you do it? I need advice...I am basically throwing after my first few bites because its stuck and I can't eat or breath anymore. And is it bad to make myself throw up? Help me please

  6. It's been a week and a half since the fill, so I can't eat meat or chicken, no matter how much I chew it won't go down...rice won't go down, I think I need an unfill....
  7. So I get the pb'ing but my food gets stuck so bad sometimes I have to make myself throw up by sticking my hand in my throat...is that what causes the band to slip?
  8. So I got a fill the other day and now hardly anything goes down, I think I have to have it loosened right? I had surgery in December and lost 20 pounds before and right after the surgery but since then I have lost nothing, it's going on 5 months now...am I doing something wrong?

  10. My doctor gave me medicine for the gallbladder so I don't get gallstones...I think they just started doing that...
  11. I just got my second fill and now have 4 c's..and when I try to eat the food gets stuck so bad I feel like I can't breath. The pain is so awful, I'm chewing the food to applesauce consistency but it's not working...any ideas?
  12. I am mad at myself too, I'm only 2cc's tight and eating like crazy...luckily I am getting it filled Tuesday...don't give up!
  13. I eat lentils...string cheese...deli meat..
  14. Ok I'm confused I am not losing any weight...I had my fill last week and have moved to lentils and soft foods and I'm off the soup but now I'm not losing weight...is it the lentils? I'm kind of bummed out..my portions are about 4oz each time...
  15. I am 2 days past my fill...I do have a list of stuff to eat I just wanted some ideas...
  16. So I need ideas on what to eat now, first fill was 2cc's...I'm no longer on liquids woo hoo!!! I want food ideas please...
  17. Update: I counted calories and I'm at 820, not sure if that's too low or not, may be why I'm so hungry...
  18. I haven't been counting calories, maybe I will today to see how much I consume...maybe I'm not getting in my calories....I had an initial problem and the doctor took out 2cc's of fluid from the band so now I'm wondering when ingot for my full Wednesday how much he will fill it. I could barely catch my breath with the 2cc's.
