yes, throwing up is bad if you cant swallow, you may be tooo tight and not being able to eat/drink is so not worth being super tight take wee bites, chew alot, go slow---back to basics wishing yo

I am 5 months post surgery and I am in need of advice, my last full was like 5 weeks ago and since then things are hard to swallow. My husband had the same surgery a year and a half ago and he told me to swallow in small portions but its not working, it's hard remembering...how do you do it? I need advice...I am basically throwing after my first few bites because its stuck and I can't eat or breath anymore. And is it bad to make myself throw up? Help me please
