All of those things plus Gas X strips and chapstick. I also found liquid tylenol very helpful. I got the chicken broth from restaurants and strained it. I found the taste much better. Good luck !!

You girls that are adding Biotin, don't forget must be liquid or crushables!

make your own broth and get cambell cream soups they r made with water. Laxitive the sooner you get things moving the less gas and pain and there will be less pushing which will hurt. Good luck

jello, pillows, ready to walk weather you want to or not

good luck

Patience and realistic expectations. You won't wake up 25, 50 lbs lighter, you will experience pain and probably suffer miserably for a while with gas, you will get sick of the liquids phase, the mushies phase, you may regain some weight when you move to solids, this isn't a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change.

Plus everything that everyone else has mentioned. :)

Good luck because it is definitely worth it in the long run.

Just a goodluck from me! Everything that the others have said. karen

I agree with all of the above. It is the worst stage, but it will pass. We promise!

The most important thing is to get up and walk as soon as they will let you. Walking gets the gas out fast and reduces the gas pain. Gas X strips help too, but walk as much as you can!

Thanks everyone. Can't believe tomorrow is the day. Woke up today with a tickle in my throat too!! So I will be gargling with salt water all day today as tomorrow starts the new me!!! Near impossible to get liquid Tylenol for adults or gas x strips anywhere near me. Two more pharmacies to try near work today.

the items posted are great. but i would suggest a positive attitude and following your doctors orders to the letter.

stay with it (even when times are hard) because each day that passes, you will get better and better. you have to help the band so it can help you.

bee well
