I am 4 months out and take Biotin since surgery. My doctor told me that 1/3 of women that get WLS will lose hair due to rapid weight loss. Last week I cut my long hair due to breakage and it falling out. It will grow back though!

I am losing steadily. Lost 48 in 13 weeks. My Dr. Says starvation mode is a myth. My weight has always come off easily. I am on 700-900 calories and feel great. Losing 2-4 lbs a week! My Dr. Is the Pioneer of the band in the US and trained by the designer of the band!

Definitely need a slight infill. Sometimes the smallest infill will do!

Everything you guys are experiencing is normal. Diarrhea cause liquid in-liquid out! Constipation due to pain meds-take Miralax! Hunger cause you're in bandster hell and restriction cause you're still swollen. This is the time to retrain the brain, the time when you rebel and show your body and mind who's the boss! The time when you become strong willed and learn portion control! You will be in bandster hell till about your third fill. If you don't do these things now along with exercise, you can gain your weight back, so be strong! You can do this!
