I knew he was right I was tired of the weight the illness that comes with the weight the medicines . So I took a deep breath and went to surgery I'm going on week 2 and I have walked more than I ever had before this surgery .The liquid diet is some work but if I could get the surgery I can and will do the work so good luck and remember you have come this far make it work

  5. I can honestly say with each day I'm feeling better and the heating pad has been a lot of help. Still getting used to this liquid diet, but as long as you move the gas will move to try your best to walk!!

  16. I am home just a little discomfort not much but I'm trying to walk this gas pain away and it's not working, I'm about to try a heating pad
  17. Make sure you walk after surgery and ask for nausea mess they help
  18. Good luck!!! Take a deep breath and relax
  19. I am officially banded the surgery itself isn't that bad. Not being able to move that gas is horrible you have to get up and walk that's the only way the pain won't be as intense
