    The weight loss is secondary to improving my health issues, but I am posting some before pictures to mostly give myself a reminder of the before and after...notice how whenever possible I hide behind people. I have to take a lot of pictures for work which makes me very uncomfortable...notice the size of the folks I am photographed with most of the time.
