Anyone Want To Be My Band Big Sister Or Brother?

First time using a forum. Don't know anyone personally that has the band of gold. Should be banded by December, postponed from 10/30 due to insurance and hospital certification. Just want to learn the ropes from your wisdom. Thanks from New England.

I'd love to be friends if you want - I was banded end of June and just recently reaching the green zone... been struggling with the weight loss a little bit but finally down a couple of pounds so thrilled about that. Friend me on here and we can talk more...

Day ten is okay. Don't get me wrong I'm still really sore but I can handle it. I noticed the more I get my walks in the better I feel each day. I haven't taken my pain medicine in three days that should tell you something. I'm in the full liquid stage I started Friday kind of boring can't wait till next Friday I'll go to mushy. Lol

Go to know that walking helps with ache s and pains. Good luck with day 11!!!!

Thanks for the well wishes. I'm not sure how to make someone your friend on this site. But if you know how friend me and I'll figure it out thanks have a good evening.

I'm 6 weeks out from my lap band surgery and would love to connect as well. You can friend me or email me through this site or on MyFitnessPal.com (where I track my food and also have other lap band friends supporting me. My user ID there is TheBestSR.
