  2. I guess it's a risk you take with any surgery, not just the band.
  3. Great advice, I will keep it all in mind. I feel that my Dr. Is not as sympathetic since he had the lap band and lost a ton of weight. I will started counting calories. Write it all down to see what's going on. I promise I will exercise every day. I will be in onederland this time next year! (God willing)! '

  5. I got band 6/19/12, but I have only lost 40 lbs with band and 12 lbs before band. I keep going up and down the scale. I'm wondering this is normal? Maybe I'm over filled? I lost count how my CC's I have... I have a friend at work and she has less CC's and doing great. I keep slimming every now and then. What do you recommend? I exercise 4 days a week and eat 1/6 of what I used to eat. Which is not much. I keep thinking this was a mistake. I was 100% sure when I was band and new this was not going to be easy, but brother.... I need guidance!!" PLEASE!

  8. Was band 6/19/12. I have been struggling so much. I need to step up my game. Lost 6lbs in 6 weeks, but i now i need to work harder. I promise myself that 1.i will eat my protein first 2. Veggies next 3. Exercise daily st least 30 minutes 4. No empty Calories! I will see about more and add to my list.

  14. I got my 3rd fill. I'm at 8 cc's, i think i am at my sweet spot! Or at least close. I'm so happy! i have a good friend that gets band on the 4th. Now I'll have a band buddy!

  16. I want to see if i can get a band buddy. I'm having a difficult time and need guidance. I'm 4 months out and have not lost any weight in about 6 weeks. I have 2 children a 12 year old with autism and fatty livers disease. My daughter is 8. Been with my husband 14 years, married with him only a year. Lol. I work for a school and love my job.   18. I guess i feel sad because i wasn't really told that it was going to be this hard. for me it is taking too long. I just pray to God i hit a sweet spot soon or I'll just go crazy! Banister HELL SUCKS!
