When did you have surgery I had surgery October 11 of this year. I haven't cheated yet but I feel myself wanting to another reason why get on the scale every day. -

I been at a stand still for 2 1/2 wks. But im back to work and not getting to the gym as of yet. They have only cleared me to walk so far. I had henia surgery also. And you are right I will talk to my nut next week. Thanks for the advice. -

I feel really good...three weeks post-op. I haven't throw up yet. (Knock on wood). Just get through surgery first and then think not worry about the rest. You will do great...and remember God is in that room with you. See you on the other side. Keep me posted!!!☺ -

Am I the only one with a burning sensation around the navel area. For some reason when I stand up and gravity takes place I get a burning feeling that I just can't take. Just wanted to know if I'm the only one that has this feeling.

After surgery I was really sore. And I can tell I had gas stuck just like everyone said. I only had to do 5 days of pre-op. It was really hard for me the first 3days. Then after that I wasn't hungry. And my boyfriend did it with me even though he wasn't having any kind of surgery. So that helped ...plus I got scared that if I didn't do it right something might go wrong. Hope it will be easy for you. But we are all here for you!!!
