    Small goals first...that sounds like a plan. I have to get back on track. Banded October 11th only down 32lbs. Not the bands fault...its all me. Thanks for you guys replies. Need all the help I can get.

    I'm doing pretty good. I only have 2.5cc in my band. I was really scared at first to get filled. Now I don't have any restrictions. I lost 27 pounds so far. How are you doing?

    It wasn't a bad as I thought it would be. They numbed me I didn't feel a thing. I only got .5cc for a total of 2.5cc. Did u have one yet?
