Great job. I have a personal goal of 170 for November 25th. My 39th birthday!!!! I'm at 190...that's a little much. But hey if I make it half way...that's an accomplishment too. Lol

Let me tell you the secret of speeding up my weight loss! Probably that works for you if u don't have physical problem that prevents u from exercising. I hit a platue and I stayed on the same weight 180 from August 30 till Sep 16. I started working out using the eliptical 40 min a day plus doing the insanity workout. I lost 10 pounds in 17 days period. My goal is to be @ 145 New Year's Eve and I am looking forward to it. I am not in the green zone yet but I am some where around it. Good luck to u.

I had hit a plateau myself a few months back and I added insanity to my workout plus I bike nearly every day. I too lost 10 lbs but in 30 days. I have bad knees and I'm 64 so I had to make some alterations to the workout to adapt it to my own physical problems but over a few weeks I was able to make it work.
