Third last week 3 1/2 month pre op

Surgery date 6/15 @ 205 lbs

40 more to go. 5 cc in my band 3 fills so far

By the way I am now @ 170 lbs, weight loss is slowing down a bit.

Good job. I started at 227.. 2 wks post op. Im down to 205. No liquid diet pre op but lost 9 lbs working out. I hope Im at 170 in 4 months like you!

Great job. I have a personal goal of 170 for November 25th. My 39th birthday!!!! I'm at 190...that's a little much. But hey if I make it half way...that's an accomplishment too. Lol
