Whew! I have to stop sampling at the grocery store! I was offered a piece of deli meat at publix (grocery store) today. My instinct told me to say no, but I have a hard time saying no to people offering me food still. Well I learned my lesson the hard way! I got stuck and it wouldn't pass...long story short I had to find the restroom and bring it up!

That's too bad. Now that I'm at restrition occationally on Sun. I go to Costco make the rounds and have a free lunch.

That's funny, I do the exact same thing!

My tiny, skinny mother-in-law loves to say that you can get a free lunch at Costco by going around to the samples!

I hate it when that happens. You'll find that over time you'll learn what types of foods and situations lead to stuck- and avoid them.

I've eaten dinner at Sams's Club, too! In fact, I have eaten dinner at Publix, you know httey have that section where they show you how to cook a meal. Got a little plate, then had a sample of keylime pie. Perfect for my meal! Heh!

I did that at publix before my first fill!!! They had a small plate with a quarter burger and a small dessert. I had my 14 year old daughter push the buggy while I chowed down on my dinner! this time it was early morning and I think I was just too tight at the moment. For some reason that deli meat just didn't work out!
