Cream of chicken Soup, Protein drinks, popsicles and jello:) Soon you can mash up a sweet potato, add milk to make it extra runny and put some cinnamon and splenda in it...yum!

I'm actually very sore I think where my stomach/band is, so I am assuming its going to take some time for my body to adjust to the restriction.

I'm very slow moving these days :) But progressing each day :)

I'll share with you and you share with me. So far I'm still on clear liquids. chicken broth and tea with Splenda.

pureed + strained soups, Sugar free puddings/jello, yogurt with no chunks or seeds, protein shakes, powders, broths..

I relied on pureed soups alot~it was nice to have something warm with taste. ANd protein powder in pudding too.

I could have smooth soups like tomato, sweet red pepper, squash. I could not have yogurt until week 3. I did use a hand blender on the yogurt to mince up the fruit; and added milk since greek yogurt is really thick. Week 2 I was having yogurt so I had soup and protein shakes. When I moved to mushies I would have the soup wait an hour and have my protein.
