Of all you bandsters out there that have lost sooooo muuuuuch weight- did your shoe size go down too?

I would so love to get out of my size 12's . lol :faint:

Size 10-11 before surgery and nothing has changed with 80 pounds lost. I'd love having smaller feet! But as long as my waist keeps etting smaller I'll be happy with that!

My feet are getting a bit smaller, my 10's are roomy and they definatley narrower! Shoes that felt tight are now comfortable!

My feet got narrower, absolutely. Some shoes that I had got too big, but now I think it was just because they were stretched out. I got overzealous and bought 9.5s that really didn't fit. I was a 10 before and I'm still a 10 now.

So weird -- last 2 pairs of shoes I bought were smaller -- the first pair I got a 9.5 down from a 10 and I thought it was a fluke but the second pair was a 9 hmmm I think I see a trend here. Maybe after another 50lbs I'll be back to my 8.5s!

Yeah!!! I went from a size 9 to an 8-8 1/2. It's a great thing!! But I have some great shoes that don't fit anymore or that I didn't have a chance to wear...:cry So, I guess I will just have to find more! That is the fun part!! :clap2:

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
