According to my doc it is counted as your water. The broth that I found is College Inn and it was beef flavor and I loved it. One other thing I've been drinking vanilla whey Protein shakes and they are nasty!! I'm not going to waste it so I've been experimenting and found that if I take 6 to 8 oz of Powerade zero to my one scoop it tastes pretty good.

Yes, although many people like to tell you that you NEED to drink 6 - 8 glasses of Water a day that is not technically true. It is actually Fluid that you need. I hardly ever drink water except in summer when it is really hot. My drink of choice is tea, no sugar and with a dash of skim milk.

Thanks ladies, that is good to know. I also like iced tea with lemon that I brew myself, so that would count as Water too. Tamg, I will have to buy some College Inn broth, I have seen it at the store, thank you! I happen to like the Protein Shakes, I maybe the only one that like them.

I add cinamon to spruce it up a bit, ice & put it in the blender.

Well the shakes powder that I bought was from Walmart and it's nasty. Now the shakes from the docs office I liked but I went the cheaper route.

Short answer Yes, long answer kind of. Keep in mind the kidneys have to filter out everything you add to Water. I try to drink half plain water and half low cal. drinks.< /p>

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
