You should go on myfitnesspal it's an app that a lot of us have joined to keep each other honest my screen name on there is erilis, I tried to add you but you're not on there...yet

  • Just make sure to get enough protein and drink/eat before you get crazy hungry. I find if I let myself get too hungry, all sanity is out the window.

I am on myfitness pal my name is dowee777. and manda you are drinking diet soda? I thought we couldn't have anything carbonated?

Some drs are ok with diet soda, some are not. I have one once in awhile. I just dip slowly and enjoy it. As long as it doesn't keep me from drinking enough water I have no guilt

I was nervous about the same issues...but I am now 5wks out and doing great..On any regular diet you can feel like you are starving, but then on a regular diet, you can end up binging, and then starting back at square one..This way, you get your fills, and keep going..Life is still going to happen, so it will not be like you will never eat certain foods again if this is your choice, but it will get easier to let it go...You can do it!!!!!! :D
