Hey you! Hang in there! Some people get banded like they had a cavity filled and bounce back to normal. Then there was me - UG! But it will get better. Be careful though, because some of us felt better after a couple days, but then felt much worse for a few more days before getting all the way better.

Have someone rub almond oil in your feet and brush your hair. Get spoiled, k?

It's Monday after surgery Friday< I feel so much better now> The gas disippated by the time I got up this morning :)

and I weighed in at 184lbs:faint: . How great is that? I was miserable but it looks like I'll be on the downhill slide now.

My husband is one of the jewels who put lotion on my skin and catered to every whim. He is a massage therapist and has a very gentle touch.

All is right with the world!

Talk about spoiled!!!!, your DH is a massage therapist, every woman's dream. Congratulations on taking the big step, good luck on your journey.

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
