I eat what they do. One day off doesn't hurt and Portion Control works wonders.

I make a salad out of Cottage cheese, Cool Whip, Crushed pineapple, and Jello. I like it for The Holidays, because you always get someone watching there weight.

In the Summer, I might make it for a Hot Season, (LIKE NOW) and enjoy it. And yes I did make some.

Go to myfitnesspal.com, and view my diet, you will see that it is on there, and really not fattening at all.

I am Losingintime on that site.

I eat what everyone else is having. I don't limit myself of foods I love. I just don't eat it on a daily basis.

One day won't kill ya :)

I eat from what is available at a party. I don't eat bread but will have a small amount of just about anything else.

Last week we had a baked potato bar potluck at work. I ate 1/4 of a potato with cheese and bacon on it. A small serving of tossed salad and a small piece of cheesecake. I love watching everyone else shoving HUGE amounts of food into their mouths! ;)

I've been making my own organic Popsicles. Right now my favorites are strawberry Balsamic and the other is pineapple Chili Lime. When sweetener is needed, I use agave instead of sugar. I also made some yummy Blood Orange ones using a small amount of honey as a sweetener.

Delish!

I like to have the special k 90 calorie bars....they always have a favor I like. I also treat myself by saying if i can avoid the ice cream or brownie that I want so badly I will get a smoothie from tropical smoothie for less than half the calories plus I add supplements to it. For Holidays I eat what ever is cooked...just not a lot and not many sweeties that are bread made...they get stuck

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
