I like Body Fortress vanilla from Wal Mart. One scoop has 20grams of Protein. I mix it with reduced calorie Tropicana Orange juice and it tastes like an Orange Julias. The really great thing is that you get a big container for only $12.00.

I would defo need to can a big jar of powdered something (without whey), because those little pre-made cans are just not cost effective for me.

I am getting by on the Atkins chocolate Royale...they aren't bad. I tried the Vanilla Creme and don't care for them but am going to try adding some blended fruit or something to flavor them. The good thing is that the Atkins shakes are really handy in the morning to just grab on your way out the door and they are available at Wal-Mart...

No Protein shakes for me, I hate milk.

You should try Designer whey at GNC. They have one in a tropical punch flavor; I mix that with a packet of crystal light fruit punch. It's almost like koolaid.

The Atkins Advantage shakes just came out with a new flavor - vanilla Creme! I love them!! I am always on the run & these are ready in a can & I just take them with me as I run out the door. Love um!!

Most of the Atkins stuff is passably good, and some of it is downright tasty. I used to love the banana bread and the chocolate chip cookie mix.

I like Carb Solution. It comes in chocolate and vanilla, the vanilla I like with frozen fruit (strawberries, or mangos, or peaches, pineapples). I buy it at Krogers
