I'm going to have a baby!!!

Recommended Posts

I am very excited to announce that my husband and I are expecting our second child! I found out today for certain that I am pregnant and am due in the beginning of July. While I am very excited by this news I do have to admit that I am a bit disappointed that I am still so far away from my goal weight. I really wanted to be a normal, healthy weight for pregnancy, and I want to look pregnant, not just fatter! Nontheless, this is joyous and surprising news!

Congratulations!!! I have to admit I'm a tiny bit envious...not because I want another child (I'm 50) but because it's such an exciting time in one's life! Best wishes...

Congratulations to you and your husband. As someone who never had the pleasure of having children of my own, I truly appreciate your excitment over this joyous occasion. I am very happy for you and your family.

Don't worry about the weight, as long you continue to eat healthy, you might be surprised at your weight after the baby is born. Wouldn't that be exciting? Not as exciting as having a baby, but still a good thing.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
