  4. Congratulations!!!!!!! U go girlie...I caught sight of Carrie the other day...she looks fantastic everbody! Keep up the great work!
  5. Looks like ya'll had a blast!!! Sorry I couldn't be there, but I do have my vote in for May. :-)
  6. Ya'll sorry will have to try and make it next month...my car broke down tonight and I am going to be spending my day tomorrow getting it fixed. :-(
  7. Eileen...just keep paying attention to that full feeling. Don't let the tv distract you like I did. I am back into sitting at the table. I too am eating off a salad plate now and I am at about a cup of food. Sometimes I finish it sometimes I don't...I let my stomach tell me when I am full. If I eat it all and feel I need a little more...I go back for more protein.
  8. Congrats!! You will be in bandland in no time!
  9. I had a little ham, a little sweet potatos and some fresh green peas...i did have one small soft roll....but the problem area...cake...i made a pumpkin spice cake with pumpkin cream frosting...uhmmm..i did have a small piece. Not going to beat myself up...BB(before banding) I would have downed 1/2 the cake by now as well as stuffing myself with dinner.
  10. lol...too funny...i too am trying to lose my daughter...i have 10 more pounds to go! Best wishes Cheri!
  11. Hi Sarge. 191 for me today!!! -2 pounds! Super! 193/191/-2
  12. Happy Easter everybody. May it be a quick trip Leatha!
  13. I completely understand where you are coming from Mickie see my thread Memoirs of a Stretched Pouch in the Lapband complications forum. Going back to complete liquids for a week has really helped me. I have made improvements in my weak areas. The worst offender was eating in front of the tv. I know how hard it is to lose someone that was important to you. I lost my grandmother last November...I still miss her so much. I am sure that your mother wanted you to be successful with your band. So make Monday a new day to make good bander decisions. Huggs PM if you want to talk.
  14. I hope I am doing this right Sarge! LBT BOOTCAMP SPRING 2006 4-10 193 4-17 4-24 5-1 5-8 5-15 5-22 5-29 6-5 6-12 6-19 6-26 6-30
  15. Ok..what was up with Simon...I thought Paris did pretty good and for him to say it was just weird...what kind of critique is that? I thought for what they were singing they all did ok. I mean Queen...come one...who in the hell was going to do well with that?? Bucky did get me going with Fat Bottomed Girls...one of my Queen Favs. I thought Chris did well with a song that nobody had ever heard...but I did wish that he would have picked a well known one so he could really let loose. I though overall that Taylor and Paris did the best. My 3 picks are....Elliot, Bucky and Kellie
