I think its very possible if you stick to the doctors rules. Ive lost 18 lbs in three months since surgery. Good Luck!

YOU CAN DO IT!

ready2 thats awsome 25 pounds in 5 weeks can you share your secrect with us. im being banded march 18th

I've lost 50 pounds in 4 months. Follow the rules and 20-30 pounds is doable!:smile2:

5 months to the day and down 42lbs

Two and a half months and I'm down 24 pounds.

Sometimes it all depends on how much you have to lose to begin with. If you're someone like me with 100+ pounds to lose, it will go quicker in the beginning. However, if you're someone with only about 50 pounds to lose, it might not go quite so quickly.

Good luck! I'm sure you'll meet and exceed your goal!

You can do it! I'm 3 months post op and have lost 33 pounds since surgery, 50 pounds since I started this journey! Best of luck to you!

Ohhhh thanks for asking this question I was wondering the same thing. I was banded on the 1st.

2 1/2 months and 26 pounds. Good luck!

I was banded on 2/3/10, and I have lost 19 lbs since the surgery (a litte over 4 weeks and 2 days ago). I've lost 39 lbs since I started this journey.

I was banded three and a half weeks ago, and I have already lost 20 pounds. You can do!

I lost 40 pounds in the first 4 months. Now it is going slower - at 6 months out I am 2 pounds away from 50 pounds lost! I do not weigh or measure food, but I do try to exercise regularly.

I started with about 75 pounds to lose total, so I am about 2/3 of the way there! You can absolutely reach your goal.

I personily think It all depends on how much you have to lose. I have 270 lbs to lose and in 4 months I lost over 100lbs. Its been 6 months and Im down 120lbs. It is starting to slow down now but I expected that:)
