A short video I made about 10 things I wish I had know before I had weight loss surgery. :). For those of us on the forums it's probably old news, but for some its food for thought. Lol. Pardon the pun.

Awesome transformation! Thank you very much for making this video. I am in the pre-op phase with all of my appointments scheduled. I have a very complex case due to previous abdominal surgeries, not related to weight loss. I'll be starting a thread like you have in a little while. I'm still nervous about talking about everything, especially my past.

Thanks again and keep up the great work!

How come I can not hear no audio on any videos

Try clicking on the TV icon at the bottom of the video. It will open the video in youtube instead of an embedded video here. I go to college and sometimes the material is embedded like this is and the sound does not work. By clicking on "watch on youtube.com" it works most of the time.

Another thing to check is to see if you have the videos muted. Check the speaker icon next to the play arrow on the bottom left. Hover your mouse over the icon to see how loud the sound is or if it is muted.

Last thing is to check if you have your sound turned all the way down... I had this problem, so this is a suggestion from experience... I spent about 20 minutes checking everything; restarting my computer; unplugging and replugging in my speakers; doing the two things I suggested above - only to find out that I had turned the sound all the way down... (-:

Column turned down too far, sounds like something I might do!💻

Not column but volume, more than slight difference.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
