  3. It took about an hour and 15 minutes to eat 1 1/2 ounces of tuna and about 10 green peas. The tuna was a little dry so I'm worn out from chewing. My stomach feels full, or I am aware of my stomach if that makes sense. I guess it's a start Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  4. Thanks, y'all. I never thought I'd be scared to eat Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  6. I got a four-pack of the Premier pre-made shakes and they are wonderful! I finally found a tub of the powder and fixed a shake and it was awful, tasting nothing like the ready made. Any suggestions on how to make it better?? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  11. Sleeved on September 26, pre diet, 294, SW 279, CW 277.4 I don't know how to get enough food in and the 64 ounces of Water. Having 2 oz skim milk for Breakfast, 2 oz Protein shake for lunch, 2 oz applesauce snack and 2 oz cream Soup for dinner. I try sipping on water all day, leaving out 30 mins before and after eating. I've just now lost the 6 lbs of Fluid I had after surgery so I'm scared I'm not doing enough. Any suggestions? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  12. Just trying to get some info. My surgery is one week from today. From time to time I need to take Claritin for allergies. I know everything is supposed to be liquid or chewable. How are y'all handling meds popping up that aren't liquid or chewable? TIA Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  15. Started my diet this morning as prescribed for my surgery in two weeks. I was looking for an app to help me with my eating portions and times after surgery, and weight loss. Any suggestions? I've used My Fitness Pal in the past but I know it doesn't let you log in if you haven't consumed enough calories. We are going to be so restricted for a while post-surgery so I didn't think It's the barest choice for sleeve patients. Thanks, y'all! Looking forward to changing my life with you Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
