Yesterday was miserable. I felt so sick. I felt like a little gnome was trying to gnaw it's way out of my stomach. Today is a little better still feel horrible. I can't eat or drink. I need some assurances this is gonna pass

Yay. I get to home today. I have zero appetite. I have to force even Water down. The pain is much better than what it was and the nausea is starting to pass. I'm looking forward to the next year. My goal is 175. I currently weigh 292. I am 5' 11. So happy to have finally joined you all on the losers bench

@@excitedforweightloss Hang in there! Just try to focus on what you need to be doing day-by-day these next few days. Timing out your shakes, Water, naps, walking, and Vitamins can feel like a full time job!

I'm feeling better today that yesterday just sore and weak. I had some bean broth for lunch today it tastes amazing. I don't think I'll be able to get down enough Protein but I'll get as close as I can.
