    Yesterday was miserable. I felt so sick. I felt like a little gnome was trying to gnaw it's way out of my stomach. Today is a little better still feel horrible. I can't eat or drink. I need some assurances this is gonna pass :(

My goal is 175. I currently weigh 292. I am 5' 11. So happy to have finally joined you all on the losers bench :)
