How often are you working out? If your Dr. doesn't want you to lose more but maintain, working out everyday is just gonna be bad. Try working out 3 days a week for only 30min to an hour. If you feel the need to still exercise on the other days try something simple like yoga. Good stretching can feel just as good

I know I alternated a bit like that.

Mon - Yoga

Tues - Treadmil (walking at about 3mph)

Wed - Treadmil for about 20 min then do some weight training

Thurs - Kickboxing class

Friday - treadmil (walking at about 3mph)

And the weeks I was too busy I would just go to yoga, then treadmil on Tues and then my kickboxing class. Helped me to feel like I was still getting it in there.

I'm the same way. scale doesn't move until I go a couple of days without exercising. I think it's the gaining muscle thing and muscle weighs more then fat. As long as my clothes keep getting bigger I'm happy.

cause if you go too much it has the opposite effect.. cause you are overdoing it...

I hope you continue to feel better each day. Just wanted to give you a heads up that sometimes Iron pills can cause Constipation. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Best wishes to you.

Sue

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
