Lellow and the Torso Lift

Recommended Posts

Thanks Mimi! For being happy for me and for your picture comments re my tattoo photos! I'm super excited about the BA! Had my pre-op consult yesterday and now I just can't wait! the 28th seems so far away!

I tried on the different sizes again and I still think a 390cc anatomical implant will make me look rather busty, but my Dr reckons better go a little big than a little small. The one down is 345cc and that would make a a C cup and I don't think that's quite enough lol!

My only regret is that I won't have a rockin' rack for my vacation but that's okay, I'll have a rockin' rack for our Australian summer! I wish I hadn't waited so long to make up my mind to do this, I might have already done it by now if I had moved a little faster!

You go for it, Lellow - the tatts look fantastic and I'm loving my boob job, so can highly recommend that too. Mind you, Bruce said the same thing to me re if you're dithering between two sizes, go for the bigger one, which I did but I'm kinda wishing I hadn't now. I wanted to stay the same size as pre-op (E cup) but I'm actually closer to an F now and they have dropped quite a bit in 12 months as they are quite heavy. Oh well, at 48 I'm not expected to have the boobs of a 20yo, am I? And I LOVE what he did with my bum - best part of the whole package I think.

I'm seeing him next week to talk about a few minor tweaks/fixes but if I don't go ahead with those, I'll get the tattoos done before Xmas. If I do go ahead, I'll have to wait another 6 months for the scars to settle down again.

Haha Fanny! I'm glad to have brought you back, I have missed you too!

Got notification today that the surgery has been paid for in full and it's all set for the 28th Oct. I'm currently in Singapore on holidays and while I feel great in a bikini, I reckon I'd feel heaps better with the boobs to go with the rest of the body! Bring on the 28th!!

Lots of augmented chicks around the beaches here too! I would have fit right in lol!

WOHOO Lellow!!! Congrat on getting booked for the breast implants. When I ad my tummy done I wasn't too keen on the implants, But the morning of surgery I made the fnal decision and told the Dr to go ahead. and I AM SOOOOO glad I did them. Like fanny, mine are a wee bit bigger then I wanted, but I still love the perky thngs!! :-)

I have to go peek at your tatoo, I have been telling my hubby for about 6 months now that I would like to get a tatt over my scars around my sides, he isnt keen on the idea, but if I really decide I want them, he will support me.

hello Lellow,

I am a newbie to this site, a friend of mine has had the surgery done 2 months ago and has already lost 17 kg's.

I am looking at getting mine done with Dr. Nolan and would love to hear about more Westies stories

Congrats on all your hard work!

Hey lasweet! Sorry I hadn't seen your post until now. Drop me a PM for sure, happy to chat if you want to.

Well tomorrow is the day I get my rocking new rack!!

My surgery is at 11am, and I'll be discharged the same day. By tomorrow evening, I'll have the breasts I want as opposed to the empty sacks I have now.

And in celebration, today I'm going out to buy the teeniest, tiniest bikini I can find! Lol!!

Hey all,

3 days post BA and thought I'd post. Spent the last two days in a haze of oxycodone, and decided this morning that I wasn't going to take anymore so as to be a little bit lucid lol. The pain is more than manageable now so I'm just going to go it with panadol and nothing else.

The boobs are high and firm, but quite symmetrical and the nipples are positioned nicely too. I can see that in a couple of months, I will have a rocking' rack! But for now, Im getting used to the new girls - they seem to constantly get in the way!- and am trying to find new clothes to fit the new shape.

Am waiting for them to 'drop'. Any one will any experiences as to when this actually happened for them?

Congratulations!!!!! I am glad it is done and you are happy. You have been through a lot and deserve it. Is your doc having you massage them several times a day?

Aw thanks Mimi! I haven't been shown how to massage them yet. My first post op appt is tomorrow and I will ask about that.

They're softening up already too - not so hard and high and the skin isn't so tight, and the dressings where the incisions are are starting to get more hidden as the boobs 'drop'.

I've returned to work as of yesterday too and except for a few idiots, most people have been respetfully silent about the obvious change in my physique. I suspect though that most people here are disappointed that I don't have porn star boobs and when dressed, I look pretty normal!

I've posted bikini/bra pics of my post BA body in my private album too if anyone wants a look!

HEHE Porn star boobs. LOL I agree with Mimi, yours look great, not too big.

Mine took about 6 full months to completely drop and get their correct size. It took me awhile to get used to having Perky boobs, as mine before were sacks also. Its funny when I shoot pool, I have to shift my body away from my arm as the boob hits my arm and messes up my shot. LOL

Hahaha I sooo get that now! I find they get in the way when I pick up my son, when I'm laying down and trying to watch TV, and they collect a lot of crumbs from the food I eat lol!!

BUT I love them. They're symetrical, the scars are long but soooo thin and fading nicely even just 2 and a half weeks in, and the swelling has gone down to the extent that they actually are starting to look pretty natural. I took a pic this morning of them and they look like they've always been mine!

The best part is that my poor empty saggy breasts are now perky and because I got tear-drop shaped implants, the nipples are high again! I have the boobs of a 20yo lol.

Still a little sore sometimes on my right side, but that's probably coz I'm right handed so use the muscles on that side more (I'm guessing). Have started massage now too (thanks for the tip Mimi) and am using the silicone gel my surgeon got me to get religiously.

And it's sooooo good to be able to sleep on my side again! So fed up with sleeping on my back!

Only complaints (and they're itty bitty complaints) is having to wear 'the' bra for another 4 weeks - it's so hard to dress around! - and not being able to exercise for 4 more weeks, which is crazy coz I don't exercise formally much anymore, but not being able to go dancing or run after my son or go to Zumba classes is really cramping my style! But it'll be worth it, I'm sure!

Oh and the other bit of news is that I reconciled with my hubby recently, who I split with 6 months ago, and he is LOVING the new 'enhanced' me lol!! He can't keep his hands off me and the new 'girls'! :)

Iʻm roughly 6 weeks post-op this morning and have begun to feel like a normal human, with a normal human body again. I started introducing solid foods and pill forms of medications/supplements a couple of weeks ago and it's really amazing to eat meals with my family again, despite the fact that my portions are so much smaller than theirs.
I live on the island of Oʻahu and spend a lot of time in the water- for exercise, for play,  and for spiritual & mental health. The day I had my month out appointment with my surgeon, I packed all my gear in my truck, anticipating his permission to get back in the ocean. The minute I walked out of that hospital I drove straight to the shore and got in that water. Hallelujah! My appointment was at 10 am. I didn't get home until after 5 pm.
I'm down 31 pounds since the day of surgery and 47 since my pre-op diet began, with that typical week long stall occurring at three weeks. I'm really starting to see some changes lately- some of my clothing is too big, some fits again. The most drastic changes I notice however are in my face. I've also noticed my endurance and flexibility increasing. I was really starting to be held up physically, and I'm so grateful that I'm seeing that turn around in such short order.
My general disposition lately is hopeful and motivated. The only thing that bugs me on a daily basis still is the way those supplements make my house smell. So stink! But I just bought a smell proof bag online that other people use to put their pot in. My house doesn't stink anymore.

Oh yeah, something I wanted to rant about, a billing dispute that cropped up 3 months ago.
Surgery was in August of 2023. A bill shows up for over $7,000 in January. WTF? I asks myself. I know that I jumped through all of the insurance hoops and verified this and triple checked that, as did the surgeon's office. All was set, and I paid all of the known costs before surgery.
A looong story short, is that an assistant surgeon that was in the process of accepting money from my insurance company touched me while I was under anesthesia. That is what the bill was for. But hey, guess what? Some federal legislation was enacted last year to help patients out when they cannot consent to being touched by someone out of their insurance network. These types of bills fall under something called, "surprise billing," and you don't have to put up with it.
      https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
I had to make a lot of phone calls to both the surgeon's office and the insurance company and explain my rights and what the maximum out of pocket costs were that I could be liable for. Also had to remind them that it isn't my place to be taking care of all of this and that I was going to escalate things if they could not play nice with one another.
Quick ending is that I don't have to pay that $7,000+. Advocate, advocate, advocate for yourself no matter how long it takes and learn more about this law if you are ever hit with a surprise bill.

Some days I feel like an infiltrator... I'm participating in society as a "thin" person. They have no idea that I haven't always been one of them! 🤣

Thank you everyone for your well wishes! I totally forgot I wrote an update here... I'm one week post op today. I gained 15 lbs in water weight overnight because they had to give me tons of fluids to bring my BP up after surgery! I stayed one night in the hospital. Everything has been fine except I seem to have picked up a bug while I was there and I've been running a low grade fever, coughing, and a sore throat. So I've been hydrating well and sleeping a ton. So far the Covid tests are negative.
I haven't been able to advance my diet past purees. Everything I eat other than tofu makes me choke and feels like trying to swallow rocks. They warned me it would get worse before it gets better, so lets hope this is all normal. I have my follow up on Monday so we'll see. Living on shakes and soup again is not fun. I had enough of them the first time!! LOL

Still purging all of the larger clothing. This morning, a shirt that I ADORED wearing ended up on top. Hard to let it go, but it was also hard to let go of those habits that also no longer serve my highest good. Onward and upward!
