i posted this poll a while back in the naive hope that what i was hoping for would be true. it kind of sucks to have that hope dashed, but i guess i always knew the truth of it LOL:). oh well, guess i'll just have to save up for that breast lift (an likely Tummy Tuck too)

Think of it like the Bionic Woman except in our case, our boobs and abs will be even better than when we were at our fittest because with the help of the scalpel and silicone, we can build our perfect bodies. :sneaky:

well crap, this thread had to get bumped up??

i thought , and well i still think i'm good to go - done losing so what i have is what i have, until DH made a comment this wkend. we were getting out of the hot tub, and i had bent over to grab a towel and he lovingly told me my girls looked like Water balloons that were a few hrs old.:sneaky:

UGH - i said do i need to get a pick me up?? he's like, "no i like the natural sag". he got a pinch.

still leaving them as is - 32C++ (d bra starting to get some room - i'm blaming losing back inches)

My girls are pretty small and I used to be happy thinking that my perky 'lil bits were going to stay so perky because they were too small to be subjected to gravity. Jokes on me. Now they are little AND saggy. Pitiful. I am getting implants eventually.

To answer the question - nope.

Although I am not done my weight loss yet, I have gone from a 44DD to a 34DDD/F...and like nanaHarley, I move them out of the way to zip up my pants! Admittedly, I am older than the poster, but still, nipples are and will remain the only thing perky of the girls! I am in much more need of a tummytuck - good bras hide a lot, but the sagging gut is less easily hidden!

I have to say that the only thing that didn't go back is my chest. I do think that a good bra does help. It does suck to now be able to wear nice jammies and have them saggin' and waggin' all over the place. I have even bought bras that I just wear with jammies to keep them were they should be. The first time I bent over and looked down at them it scared the crap out of me. So now I try to prevent trama to all around me and strap them up at all times. I'm to big of a chicken to get them done. Not a real fan of pain.

Yeah, the littler mine get, the better they're looking.

I still need a lift for them to look good naked, lol, but they're looking MUCH better these days - I even wore a singlet with a shelf bra the other day with NO bra on (only at home, lol). It was 110 degrees, too hot for any unnecessary clothes.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

Iʻm roughly 6 weeks post-op this morning and have begun to feel like a normal human, with a normal human body again. I started introducing solid foods and pill forms of medications/supplements a couple of weeks ago and it's really amazing to eat meals with my family again, despite the fact that my portions are so much smaller than theirs.
I live on the island of Oʻahu and spend a lot of time in the water- for exercise, for play,  and for spiritual & mental health. The day I had my month out appointment with my surgeon, I packed all my gear in my truck, anticipating his permission to get back in the ocean. The minute I walked out of that hospital I drove straight to the shore and got in that water. Hallelujah! My appointment was at 10 am. I didn't get home until after 5 pm.
I'm down 31 pounds since the day of surgery and 47 since my pre-op diet began, with that typical week long stall occurring at three weeks. I'm really starting to see some changes lately- some of my clothing is too big, some fits again. The most drastic changes I notice however are in my face. I've also noticed my endurance and flexibility increasing. I was really starting to be held up physically, and I'm so grateful that I'm seeing that turn around in such short order.
My general disposition lately is hopeful and motivated. The only thing that bugs me on a daily basis still is the way those supplements make my house smell. So stink! But I just bought a smell proof bag online that other people use to put their pot in. My house doesn't stink anymore.
