Yippee! I haven't lost in about a month and then...

all the sudden this morning when I weighed I'm down 5 more pounds!

I couldn't believe it. That makes 25 lbs lost.

I was banded on Aug. 14.

PaulaTx, This is great news! As much as I LOVE to read about fast weight loss banders, I think the best for me is the ones who get through the struggle. No weight loss for a while and then BAMM!! It is true "slow and steady" win the race. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on the weight loss! At this point, I would like to have any type of weigh loss that is not associated with my pre-op diet.

So happy for you. I know it feels great, keep up the good work.

Thanks everybody!

It made me feel great. I'm just ready for the weight to keep coming off.

Congratulations, I think any weight loss now is wonderful. I hate to stall It's a pain. but what I do is NOT get on the scale for a week, then I go on it and usually lose a pound or two.

I weigh myself almost everyday. But the only day that counts is my "weigh-in Wednesday". That's the day I take what the scale says as the truth.
