Ok for those of you have been banded awhile and have lost at least 50lbs+ have you noticed a change in cellulite? I'm hoping that my cellulite in my legs will be less with weight loss, do I have hope?

I'm glad you ask this question, because I would really like to know too! Mine is awful. But I had it when I was thinner as well, so I am guessing I will still have it when I get to goal. I plan on having Lipo to remove it if it is still there.

I don't know. I'm down 92 pounds and I still don't like the way my legs look. :/ that could just be me because I have a bit of baggy skin in my stomach. That might be all it is. The rest of me looks great but I still have 29 pounds to go. Good Question

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'd say there's been NO change to the amount of cellulite I have at all with a 100lb weight loss. If anything, its slightly worse.

I was/am pear shaped, and I still carry any weight I have in the backside and upper thighs. My bum is very dimply ugh, and saggy, and I have some on the backs of my thighs, though the worst of it is hidden in a bikini bottom.

There's just nothing you can do about cellulite, Lipo wont get rid of it and often makes it worse, it would have to be a full lower body lift to stretch it all out and even THAT wont get rid of it all. Its just one of those things, most women have it and some worse than others.

Mine was filled out more when I was fatter and not quite as noticeable.

Mine is mostly in my thighs, and I don't expect it all to go away but I would eventually like to be able to wear shorts with some confidence. Hmm...I guess only time will tell. Thanks for the answers ladies!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
