I am getting banded in the middle of december!!! I would get it done immediatly because I am going to be a self pay, but I am starting a new job next week and cannot take any time off work for the first 90 days :biggrin:

im trying to get banded in Oct .I'm also self pay. Went through all the steps now waiting for loan approval!!!

September 8 banding. Currently on shake diet. Have lost 13lbs. in a week doing this. Makes me realize how much I actually used eat.:smile:

Just got banded September 2nd.

just got banded yesterday. has not been bad so far -- a little sore. Haven't slept all day and for some reason I can't sleep right now. I think I am having a lupus flare though. My face is red and swollen. Hopefully if I get some sleep it will calm down a little.

I'm getting it done on Sept 16. I'm so excited but nervous at the same time now that it's really sinking in that I'm getting this done.

I am hoping for late October early November. My doc is waiting for his re-certification as a Center of Excellence. He switched hospitals and the certificate should be on the way within the next 2-4 weeks according to his office. I am dying to have it done, the wait is killing me now.
