All the stores I've ever bought anything from (all 2 of them lol) opened the packages and installed batteries to make sure that they worked, which is a good idea since you can't take that stuff back!:lol:

I was told to have my bf to eat a lot of pineapple and it would change the taste. I will report back after this experiment.

dont let them eat a lot of meat before hand...will be extra salta...fruits and veggies do the trick for sweet taste.

No, I don't believe it. One of my closest friends is a man that I have known for decades. I stay with him and his wife when I travel to their side of the country, we have holidayed together, he and I have stayed close for over 30 years...no sex, no interest in having sex. We are two people who like each other, indeed, love each other as close friends. Another good friend is male, lives several thousands of miles away, but we talk every week for hours about everything under the sun, if business brings me to his part of the country we spend days together, and with or without his wife of 40 years, we travel together, party together etc.

In both cases, we have talked about every being something other than close friends; in both cases we have (mutually) said no. DH knows both of them, and in no way feels at all threatened by them. I've known and loved them longer than I have DH. We are friends...a rare and valuable commodity.

Best Friend Guy and I have been friends for over 15 years, and did much of what you describe above. It was only recently that he and I hooked up, and its been that one time only, with not a mention of it since. So I am looking at it like a momentary lack of judgment and we are back to being best friends only. Not one with benefits....

I had a really good friend for about 3 years. We went to the movies and dinner together frequently. When I told him I was dating someone, he told me he "no longer has time to socialize"

My bf is going to be out of town in the beginning of Oct for a week. I will call him then and ask if "he can fit me in his schedule"

What a bizarre response. He was only a friend for 3 years but because you started dating someone, he dumped you as a friend? Was he looking into getting you to join his celibacy for life group or something? Seems a really strange response unless he thought you guys were dating and was just taking it very, very slow in the physical intimacy area.

Why its obvious he thought of you in a romantic way> I see no reason to call, you will only be sending him mixed messages.

I can see it now.

“Oh hello my boyfriend is out of town would you like to go do something”

This is how he will hear it very bad message to be sending.

      Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

      I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
      I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

      I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
