I have the BEST Dr. and Staff!

Recommended Posts

Just like the title.. I do have the best Dr. and Staff... they are so wonderful to me. I have been stressing, nervous, and somewhat scared but Cameron Dr. Smith's asst. has been an angel to me. Im 365miles away from them and He has done everything to make it seem like im next door. If I have a question I email him and he calls me back right away even if he leves a message he will still call back making sure I understand and that he just talks to me. I couldnt ask for better service. I get so much information on LBT and anything I question I ask... every Dr. is diffrent and I go by what my Dr. wants and its nice to know Dr. Smith and Cameron are there for me! So if anyone is in the NM, CO area please go see Dr. Smith.. or PM me with questions. I recommend Dr. Smith and his staff to anyone! they are A++ in my book.

I just thought you all should know!

Thanks

Trish, I'm so glad that you have a great relationship with your dr. and staff. And it will just get better after you're banded.

Trish, your doc should give you a little compensation ($$$) for this great promotion... LOL!! :)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
