April 3rd coming up soon so... my 3rd month will be up and I dont think ill be loosing that 20pounds lol.... Atleast I tried.

I lost about 12 pounds est... but ill re-weight myself on Apr 3rd and see my actual lost.

I hope to loose another 10-15pound next month... but I better keep up with my excerise and eating good... but looking at my Bodybugg nutrient list... I cheat on Sundays... lol gotta quit that.

Hope everyone else is keeping up with the good work and loosing all that weight... good luck ;p

12 pound in a month is EXCELLENT progress!! You have to remember that it won't always be like those first few honeymoon weeks. Most of that loss was probably mostly Water anyway and 12 pounds of fat lost is nothing to sneeze at! Congratulations!

You are over half way there and only 3 months in!!!! How awesome is that! You should be very excited. I know it is hard to set a goal and not reach it, but compared to the 6-8 pound average loss, you are surpassing that EVERY MONTH!!!

I am going to bow down to your feet and say you are my idol. I would love to lose like that! Keep up the amazing work!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
