Facebook Group for Surgery January 2023 - Ladies ONLY

Recommended Posts

Good Morning! I created a fakebook group for those of us having surgery in January . I thought it would be cool to have support with people on the same timeline as me. My surgery date it Jan 11th. Join if you’re interested! We’d love to have you.
Happy holidays 🎄🤗

Happy holidays to you too! I just wanted to say that your Facebook group sounds like a fantastic idea. Personally, I've found similar groups on Twitter to be excellent sources of encouragement and advice. Connecting with people who understand your journey can make a big difference. I'm also thinking of creating an account for that and then buy Twitter followers instantly to promote it. What do you think?

Absolutely love the concept of these groups where folks can come together, share their stories, and lend each other strength as they gear up for their surgeries. It's incredible how support and shared experiences can make the journey a bit smoother. Kudos to you for kickstarting this!

Thank you so much for sharing this awesome idea! It's really heartwarming to know that there are groups like this where we can find support from others who understand what we're going through. Connecting with like-minded people during challenging times is such a blessing.

On a related note, I also recently decided to Buy Old FB Accounts to create a community of kindred spirits who can share experiences and offer mutual support. Your initiative has inspired me even more! If you're interested, maybe you'd like to join us too. Let's keep spreading the spirit of togetherness and encouragement!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
