Please help get me through this liquid diet [emoji30] i had surgery 2/2/22 I’m feeling great no complications just complaints and im tired of broths and Jello lol [emoji30] if you can please drop some encouragement for me as i have 8 days left until soft foods [emoji1431]

Look at the before and after pics posted. Remind yourself you are doing this to be a healthier version of you. You got this!

My guess is that it’s less likely the above explanation and more likely based off failed experiences of previous patients. Either way, hang in there.

Yeah, sugar free pops do work. Also, I dilute my juice.... Dilute apple juice with spring Water and freeze them in an ice tray. Talk about refreshing
