Anyone care to share their pureed/soft stage menus? What does your food intake look like?

I'm interested in hearing how you split your day up with your food and drinks, and what your menu looks like. I'm in the pureed stage, and wow, is this bo-o-o-ring. I've been making the ricotta bake, but how much of this stuff can one person eat?? LOL! So I'd love to see a "meal plan" from others in this stage... (or veterans who recall what their day looked like...)

Have yoghurt cottage cheese milky coffee soups and broths egg mayonnaise and tuna mayonnaise if you go on pintrest and type in food for diffrent stages of biatric surgery it gives you loads of recipes

I just wanted to add to the other posts - instant oatmeal, apple sauce, homemade soups - blitzed and hummus and other dips like guacamole

That stage was pretty boring. I ate ALOT of the ricotta bake and refried beans as well as mashed potatoes (which are not allowed on some surgeons plans but were on mine). Luckily it doesn’t last too long. Technically you can have pretty much whatever you want as long as you puree it but that thought grossed me out personally.
