Woo Hoo! Doc said I can have real chicken, Tuna and Egg Salad!!

Sorry, just excited. Just finished two weeks post op and dr said I don’t have to do purée anymore as long as I take it super slow and easy. I am soooo glad cause I hated that stage worse than liquids. Anyone have any other super soft and moist recipes? I haven’t even checked my book yet I just came home and made a chicken breast In the instapot first thing. Lol

Oh... and I was just reminded how much I love a good Quiche! Got two from Costco yesterday.

I got so many soups! I got containers of soup from the deli section of the grocery store. And I got soup from Panera as well.

You know they have panara soups at the grocery store now too. I love the broccoli cheese one. Had some today for lunch.
