I try to stay away from guessing and stick to the measuring cup like you are doing. Not only for soup, but everything

I measured all my food including soups.

I measure everything too, but since I used this dinnerware, I don't have to get my scale out all the time because the measurements are on the actual plates/bowls. https://livligahome.com/shop-all/bari
I am on the pureed diet right now and my plan says I can have egg drop soup. You know I made my husband go get me a large egg drop soup. But how do I know when I am full when it is just liquid? For now I am just measuring 4 oz and hoping that does it.
