Calorie trackers

Recommended Posts

So, I've been trying various calorie trackers and just came across one that has the actual nutrition label information for every food you eat! It's called Nutrionix Track and it's in the google playstore. I've been using calorie trackers for just over a week now and I have lost 6 lbs already (going from 310 to 304) and that's staying around 1300 calories a day. I'll definitely have the 20 lbs off by May 6th so I can get my surgery!

I use the app baritastic to log my food. I really like it because you can just scan the label and it logs all the nutritional info and logs it for you as well. It also is an easy place to keep track of my Water and any other note and it has a reminder to set for my supplements and medications. So many cool tracking devices out there it really is just finding the one that works for your lifestyle!!

good luck

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
