Calorie trackers

So, I've been trying various calorie trackers and just came across one that has the actual nutrition label information for every food you eat! It's called Nutrionix Track and it's in the google playstore. I've been using calorie trackers for just over a week now and I have lost 6 lbs already (going from 310 to 304) and that's staying around 1300 calories a day. I'll definitely have the 20 lbs off by May 6th so I can get my surgery!

I use the app baritastic to log my food. I really like it because you can just scan the label and it logs all the nutritional info and logs it for you as well. It also is an easy place to keep track of my water and any other note and it has a reminder to set for my supplements and medications. So many cool tracking devices out there it really is just finding the one that works for your lifestyle!!
