I know i shouldn’t be weight my self everyday but it’s a bad habit i have to break . I’ve been following everything and counting my macros but idk what is going on 😭

Before the 3 week stall police come and tell you to do a search, I'll tell you its normal and right on time. Could last a few weeks.

I'm at a 2 week stall. It took me 4 days to lose 1 pound. Someone needs to hide my scale.

Stalls do unfortunately happen. I've had so many in my 10 months since my surgery that I've actually lost count! My last one was just a few days ago and lasted 15 days, but I DID drop 3 pounds which ended that stall. Your body is just re-adjusting itself and that takes time. It'll pass!

Everybody and I mean EVERYBODY stalls either at Week 3 or Week 4. It's perfectly normal. Stick with the program. Put your scale away. This might last a couple of weeks and you don't want to get discouraged. This too shall pass.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
