6 weeks post op

I had my surgery on June 9 and I was doing ok with food until this week and I started getting sick. Is this normal? I am sick of being sick. I am so sleepy all the time also. Last week I felt better than ever but that didn't last long.

Vomiting sick or another type of sick? Nausea, pain?? After all foods? Why type of foods are you eating and in what volumes?

No I haven't vomited, it's just nausea. I can hardly eat now. I eat chicken and egg. Few bites and I'm full. It's making me wish I hadn't had this surgery but I guess it's to late now[emoji849]

chicken is rough on your stomach it's dry.. try something softer like yoghurt

My surgeon said that if I have issues with purées or soft foods, I should go back to the previous stage for a few days. Maybe you can try going back to purées or liquids for a few days, give your stomach a break, and then try food again. And try some different things. Maybe you’ll find something you tolerate better.
