I finally decided to post. It has been a while. I guess I was scared of comparing myself with the other photos, but even though my loss is not uber-great, the doctor says I'm on target to hit my goal by next year. I guess I was feeling like a failure and ashamed to post. Honestly looking at some of these great photos, I think how did they do it!! Wowser!!!I can tell a big difference and I this is what matters most. The first is me at a Xmas party in Dec 2005, the second is a trip to Cancun this summer. I have lost about 50lbs.

The first two are before pics, the last two are me 30 pounds down. I have a long way to go, but I do see a little bit of a difference. :clap2:

The first one was taken the night before surgery, the 2nd one was just taken, it is my 6 mos post op pic. Still have some way to go, but I'm seeing my colar bone for the first time in YEARS!

This is a picture of me at 291lbs- just before surgery, and another 5 months later at 242lbs. I'm at 1/2 my weight loss goal. I hope I did this right- it might take a couple of times.

Okay, I found a photo of me 4 years ago when I was had 128kg(hence the much shorter hair) , exactly the same number of kilos as before my surgery which was a year ago. This is how I looked like....
