reward points issue

Recommended Posts

On the top of the forum it says I have 5320 reward points, but when I go to the store in the lefthand corner next to rewards it says I have 0 points. And when I click on account, the rewards section just spins and never loads. I also have never been able to see when I checkout where I would enter to use my rewards points.

I'm not quite ready to place an order, but will soon and would like to use them....

On my last purchase, I was not given the option to use my points, either.

Can you log out and log back in? Sounds like a caching or session issue. Let me know if that works. If the issue continues, please email store@BariatricPal.com so we can assist further

You can not use points if you have any products in your cart that are subscription based, since it uses a non-standard store checkout. That will be changed within the next few months.

Thank you! I didn't know that.

Yeah, it still is showing zero points when I clear my cache and log out and back in. I'll shoot an email over when I am ready to order again...

It just spins forever and says 0 in the corner.

Thanks! I’m going to have our dev take a look at this.

If you ever have an issue while ordering we have live chat available 24/7 ready to assist with points etc.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
